ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity Develop strategic EHS SELL initiatives and projects, through the optimization and standardization of processes, information systems, and reports, as well as the development of innovative solutions to ensure EHS leadership in PepsiCo Brazil operations.
Scope: Brazil Sell team in the East and Northeast zone Sales (small and large format).
Your ImpactImplement, develop, maintain, and support EHS Agenda and programs in Brazil for Sales.Ensure EHS legal record of occupational incidents, metrics, injuries, illnesses, collisions, audit findings, action plans, compliance tasks, and all EHS data in the systems are updated, confirmed, reviewed, and maintained appropriately.Support and implement GEHSMS Standards, ensuring the management system for EHS Sell.Identify industry and service best practices.Coordinate EHS internal programs for Brazil.Coordinate GEHSMS external audits to ensure compliance with international ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.Coordinate Fleet and Drive Safety Agenda in your region.Coordinate Large Format Sales Safety Agenda in your region.Provide support and training related to Safety.Establish and implement programs for internal and external assessments, including inspections.Identify opportunities for improving EHS&S programs and reducing work-related incidents.Provide consultative EHS&S services to the organization.Implement site EHS&S action plans in alignment with regulatory requirements, standards, and initiatives.Provide technical support to ensure corrective and preventive actions for near misses, incidents, and accidents.Lead and guide the Safety Technical team, including accident investigations and career management.Act as a liaison between Sales leadership, the EHS technical team, and the EHS Management and Board of Directors.Ensure planning and execution of safety programs to meet Brazilian legal requirements and PepsiCo standards.Map EHS legal requirements, licenses, and permits; support change management projects by tracking and implementing updates.Track the status of action plans from audits and evaluations.Coordinate EHS training programs across regions.Support and train staff on GEHSMS standards and data management systems.Implement and improve the Titans for Excellence program in your region.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
