Job Description
To perform commissioning of equipment, systems (marine & topside) for repair / new build / conversion vessels.
Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are complied with, as defined in the safety and health manual and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintain always at site.
Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Promote safe working procedures to prevent incidents.
Follow instructions from his superiors and carry out tasks in a safe and productive manner.
Assist the Foremen in supervising the workforce.
Ensure time keeping and discipline of his worker reporting to him.
Deploy and utilize manpower effectively.
Read all relevant drawings and procedure for the commissioning work Preparation of MC and PC checks sheets.
Assist equipment inspection and mechanical completion (MC). – Co-ordinate MC inspection with client rep/owner reps/ classification surveyor and get it approved.
Coordinate and the progress of commissioning work and report to superiors and project team.
Carry out commissioning activities and system running / performance test and handed over the system to operation team.
Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
Graduação em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
Disponibilidade para viagens internacionais de longo período;
Experiência em atividades de comissionamento Onshore e Offshore em partida de sistemas (PAGA/CCTV/LTE TRANSMISSION/RADIO COMMUNICATIONS/STRUCTURED CABLING - Electrical & Optical);
Planejar, supervisionar e controlar o desenvolvimento de sistemas em todas as fases de comissionamento do projeto;
Elaborar relatórios e cronogramas de pré-comissionamento e testes operacionais de sistemas e subsistemas;
Supervisionar e orientar a equipe na realização de testes de sistema e subsistemas;
Administrar recursos, custos e prazos de execução das atividades de comissionamento;
Fazer interface com VENDORs em atendimento a sistemas e assistências técnicas;
Fazer interface com o Cliente para aprovação e transferência de sistemas.
Atuar como interface entre funcionários e a gerência;
Domínio do pacote office.
Ter o domínio da língua inglesa em conversação e escrita (será testado).
