Based in Vila Velha and reporting to the Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading operational quality activities related to the manufacture of cables and umbilicals for the oil and gas market, ensuring that production processes, inspections, tests, and technical documentation comply with contractual requirements, international standards, and Prysmian's internal procedures.**Main Responsibilities**- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and root cause analysis. - Manage technical documentation and databooks. - Interpret technical requirements and specifications applicable to the oil and gas sector. - Develop continuous improvement tools and problem-solving methodologies. - Manage performance indicators (KPIs). - Manage projects and coordinate multidisciplinary activities. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields.- A postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related area is desirable.- English advance- Experience in industrial quality within highly technical manufacturing environments, preferably in the oil and gas, energy, or heavy manufacturing sectors.- Experience in supervising technical teams and managing operational quality processes.- Experience with inspection management, audits, nonconformance control, and preparation of technical project documentation.- Experience managing or participating in continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.- Experience interacting with clients, inspection agencies, and external audits.-Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001.-Quality planning and preparation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).-Nonconformance management, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.-Technical documentation and databook management.-Technical requirements and specifications applicable to the oil and gas sector.-Continuous improvement tools and problem-solving methodologies.**Visão geral da equipe e responsabilidades do cargo**Estamos procurando um supervisor de qualidade para se juntar à nossa equipe.
