Recruitment and Attraction
* Execute the recruitment process, internal and external, following the valid process guidelines
* Open vacancies in the RH GESTOR system when replacement is needed due to resignation
* Monitor the entire process of releasing vacancies in the system
* Identify open positions and pass on the requirements and profiles needed for the position to the contractors, ensuring alignment of the selection process with the job description
* Develop strategies to attract candidates, including announcements, social media, and partnerships
* Screen resumes and apply tests, considering the selection funnel and the valid process
Selection and Interviews
* Conduct individual and group dynamic interviews
* Evaluate technical and behavioral skills
* Build opinions on candidates regarding the selection processes
* Conduct interviews with indicated managers or leaders
* Collect feedback from indicated managers or leaders
* Perform psychological and operational analysis
Onboarding
* Elaborate a proposal for hiring selected candidates
* Initiate the onboarding of new hires, according to the valid process
* Support the admission process, providing documentation and logistics to ensure the new collaborator starts on the scheduled date
* Plan, organize, and execute the integration of new collaborators
* Monitor the first week, 45 and 90 days of experience, always registering feedback in the RH GESTOR system
* Conduct meetings to fill out experience evaluations with indicated managers or leaders
* Perform analysis of experience evaluation results and present them, proposing improvements for identified needs
* Conduct exit interviews, analyze results, and present them, proposing improvements for identified needs
Job Descriptions and Salaries
* Update job descriptions in the system
* Indicate updates in job descriptions
* Create new jobs according to demands and requests from DHO management
* Search for updates on job descriptions
* Conduct salary research for new and existing positions
* Maintain the updated organizational chart in the RH GESTOR system
Individual Development
* Ensure all collaborator competence records are updated in their first week of activity and after experience
* Create and monitor individual development plans when needed, during the hiring decision or throughout the experience period
* Identify training and capacity-building needs for onboarding
* Promote continuous growth of new collaborators
