As a Key Account Specialist in the SVS team, you will gain comprehensive exposure across all e-commerce areas, managing relationships with brands and advising key account management partners using your business knowledge. You will define and implement tailored action plans to boost brand performance, monitor success metrics daily, and ensure an outstanding brand experience within SVS. Collaboration with retail functions such as Vendor Managers, InStock Managers, Finance, and Category Marketing Managers is essential.You will manage high-complexity suppliers autonomously, deliver services, and be responsible for medium to high-impact projects across various product categories, implementing scalable process improvements for Amazon retail.Key job responsibilitiesBusiness Advisory:Identify opportunities through data analysis, provide recommendations to improve sales sustainably, and maximize long-term profitability and growth for Amazon and partners;Manage end-to-end relationships with partners;Financially analyze opportunities to meet or exceed revenue/profit goals as established in the JBP, including negotiations on volume purchases and profitability.Product Selection:Facilitate catalog growth by managing new launches and improving discovery/navigation;Negotiate and ensure the presence of relevant brand products on Amazon.Product Availability:Ensure product availability by working with Supply Chain specialists to optimize operational excellence, reduce costs/defects/delivery times, and manage stock in our distribution centers.Traffic:Recommend marketing/publicity campaigns to promote launches, increase traffic or conversions;Conversion:Plan and implement promotions, enhance the Amazon customer journey with advanced content;Negotiate and secure funding for marketing initiatives;Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, seasonalities, global events, and monitor industry developments continuously.We have open positions across various product categories including Grocery, Footwear, Office Supplies, Kitchen, Sports, Books, among others.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Strong quantitative/analytical skills;Solid experience in sales, e-commerce, or retail;Advanced written and verbal communication in English;Experience managing diverse audiences and influencing people.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SQL;Experience with data dashboards (QuickSight, QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau);Experience managing teams;Experience with financial/qualitative analysis, inventory planning, product/project management.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
