Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Sales Professional specialized in solar energy solutions to drive customer acquisition across multiple regions of São Paulo, including Hortolândia, Campinas, Santa Bárbara D'Oeste, Atibaia, Americana, and Sumaré.
Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect potential clients, presenting the benefits and advantages of solar energy.
* Lead the sales process from qualification through closing, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Build solid relationships with customers, understand their needs, and tailor solutions that meet energy demands.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and contribute to sales forecasts.
Qualifications
* High school education (Ensino Médio) required.
* Experience in sales, preferably within renewable energy or related sectors (valued: ≤1 year).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently.
Location & Compensation
* Location: Hortolândia, SP
* Employment type: Full‑time, Efetivo – CLT
* Salary: R$1.697,93 base + uncapped commissions.
