About the role: Key responsibilities: - Coordenar processo de recrutamento e seleção para vagas operacionais - Alinhamento de perfil com a liderança e atuação consultiva junto aos gestores, garantindo assertividade nas contratações. - Coordenar agendamento de entrevistas com Line Manager. - Recolhimento e conferencia de documentaçao para admissão - Gestão e execução de Programas de Jovem Aprendiz, Estágio e de Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD). Qualifications and skills: - Formação: Nível superior em Administração, Psicologia, ou afins - Desejavel: espanhol e ingles intermediario - Conhecimentos de pacote office (word, excel, power point, power bi) - Desejável experiência em indústria de alimentos, farmacêutica, química ou manufatura (1-2 anos)
