Pan American School is an American-International school in Porto Alegre serving students from Preschool (age 3) through Grade 12. As the only international school in Rio Grande do Sul, we offer an English-language, American-style education alongside international programs such as the IB PYP, IB MYP, and Advanced Placement (AP). Secondary Dean of Students (Local Hiring)
* We are looking for a committed and experienced educational leader who brings empathy, initiative, and a strong sense of purpose. The Dean of Students plays a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and student-centered environment, working closely with students, families, and staff to ensure all learners feel supported, engaged, and empowered.
Mandatory Requirements
* Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field;
* Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese;
* Valid administrative certification (or eligibility to obtain one);
* Previous experience as a teacher or school administrator (required);
* Leadership experience (strongly preferred);
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional learning in leadership and student development.
