Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
About the Role
Our team is seeking a seasoned supply chain manager to oversee the operation of loading, transportation, and maintenance of our road network, ensuring a seamless supply chain for our industry.
The ideal candidate will guide and manage operational teams (internal and/or third-party), ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards through continuous monitoring.
This role involves maintaining field infrastructure, such as machinery, trucks, implements, structures, and support vehicles, making necessary corrections.
The successful candidate will monitor daily indicators of mechanical availability and operational efficiency of equipment to optimize asset utilization.
They will ensure that our operational activities are aligned with our annual objectives, supporting planning and cost analysis.
Key responsibilities include executing, analyzing, and training team members in quality control, ensuring adherence to company parameters.
Regular reports and information on forest logistics processes, operational and safety indicators, short-term planning, etc., will be provided to coordination, management, and internal clients.
The selected candidate will also support continuous improvement projects with coordination, management, and operational development areas to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
They will be responsible for managing safety programs, incident analysis reports, human resources development programs, production closure justifications, etc., within set deadlines.
Effective relationships with team members will be managed, providing feedback and development opportunities, overseeing leave, shift schedules, attendance, behavioral audits, and performance evaluations to motivate staff.
Contract management, evaluating SLA clauses, payments, deadlines, service quality, and conducting result review meetings and operational planning presentations are also key responsibilities.
Adherence to Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental policies, ensuring compliance with company standards, is essential.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or Engineering (preferred)
* Advanced Excel skills
* MBA or Post-Graduation
* Knowledge of SAP
* Knowledge of SGF
* Intermediate English proficiency
