This role involves leadership, process organization, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational development.
The ideal candidate will have energy and engagement to drive results aligned with our pillars of quality, efficiency, and innovation, essential for sustainable growth and operational excellence.RequirementsDegree in Production Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields.Minimum of 6 years of experience in production environments, with knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance processes.Experience in continuous improvement (Lean Mindset), including implementing and managing process improvements.Leadership and team development skills.Knowledge of quality control and process assurance.Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.Intermediate English proficiency.Availability to work in the 3rd shift once a month.ResponsibilitiesOrganize processes, implement continuous improvements, and develop operational structure.Participate actively in expansion projects, ensuring the implementation of new technologies and processes.Coordinate teams in bottling and beverage preparation areas, ensuring production planning and process steps are followed.Lead continuous improvement efforts and loss reduction, including autonomous maintenance implementation.Promote team development aligned with strategic company goals.Work location: Suape – PE.Our Commitment to Diversity & InclusionAt Campari Group, we believe in creating value through diversity.
