Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor located in Suzano, SP. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Additional tasks include coordinating schedules, monitoring classroom activities, providing support and guidance to teachers, and fostering effective communication between staff and parents.

* Experience in early childhood education and classroom management
* Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
* A passion for working with children and ensuring their well-being
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred
* Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus
* Fluency in Portuguese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
