Climate & Nature Fund (LatAm & US) Contractor | 9–10 months (until Dec 2026) Reporting to Investment Manager (London) The Climate & Nature Fund is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the design and implementation of innovative financing solutions that drive climate‑ and nature‑positive impact across Latin America and the US. The role includes supporting investment origination, financial analysis, project management, and partnership development. Key Responsibilities: Support sourcing and developing investment opportunities, including basic financial modeling and due diligence. Assist in securing co‑funding partnerships and preparing materials for partner engagement. Monitor CNF’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment and progress across internal stakeholders. Support projects from ideation to approval and delivery. Co‑build investment and impact models and track KPIs with cross‑functional teams. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in sustainability, climate, environment, or impact investment. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Familiarity with sustainability‑linked financing and impact frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Ability to work across markets and multicultural teams. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and passionate about climate and sustainability. LI-Onsite
