Responsibilities and duties
* Manage the credit and cash departments, ensuring operational procedures and results are met.
* Ensure operational processes for credit and cashiering are followed.
* Achieve set targets and increase customer base registration.
* Develop strategies for card activation and manage credit risk.
* Train and mobilize the team for excellent customer service.
* Diagnose issues and propose improvements.
* Promote Riachuelo cards and financial products to customers.
* Plan store schedules, shifts, and hours with the management team.
* Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
* Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
* Identify and develop talent for succession planning.
* Open and close the store according to schedule.
Requirements and qualifications
* Complete or ongoing higher education.
* Full availability for working hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Experience in selling financial products, preferably in retail.
