Activities:
* Assist with inventory control activities;
* Record incoming and outgoing product and supply transactions;
* Issue invoices;
* Verify products;
* Assist with the separation, control, and receipt of products for Technical Assistance;
* Organize documents for accounting;
* Manage accounts payable;
* Maintain the customer database;
* Perform small deliveries when necessary;
* Assist with customer service via phone and in person;
* Keep the store organized and up to date.
Requirements:
* Complete High School Education;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience with system controls and Excel;
* Agility;
* Commitment;
* Team spirit;
* Good communication skills;
* Possess a driver's license;
* Resilience.

Work Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm;
* Friday: 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
