Position: Retail Supervisor
Location: São Paulo / SP – On-site
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor who is proactive, dynamic, and driven by results. This professional will be responsible for leading the development and execution of training programs for promoters and retail partners, as well as coordinating and supervising store staff to ensure the highest standards of customer service and product presentation. The goal is to deliver the best possible retail experience and uphold realme's brand excellence across all points of sale.
Responsibilities
* Translate and compile training manuals from English to Portuguese, standardized scripts, display guidelines, and other instructional materials, regularly refining the content;
* Establish a training structure for promoters, developing training programs and procedures (covering basic training, product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.);
Train partner staff (coordination with Fastshop, Magalu, Casas Bahia, etc. is required) to help sell realme products.
Teach promoters and partner staff how to display realme products and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) in each store, coordinating with the main store to obtain a better display position for realme in each store.
Organize and conduct centralized in-person training sessions or coaching visits to stores for sales assistants, ensuring training coverage and effectiveness.
Manage sales assistant evaluation mechanisms, track KPI performance and feedback, and conduct regular exams and evaluations.
Develop a plan for each store to prepare the type of POS, especially when new products are launched or when old products are discontinued.
Assist in establishing brand standard implementation procedures, driving the execution of in-store displays, uniforms, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, etc.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training or sales management, with familiarity with sales assistant management models;
* Proficiency in communication, expression, and team motivation, with proven ability to lead teams and deliver training;
* Ability to communicate with headquarters in English, proficiency in creating PPTs / videos / training evaluation forms;
* Availability to travel for work, visiting stores in São Paulo and neighboring cities;
* Fluency in English (Chinese – Mandarin, will be a plus);
* Preference for candidates with experience in the mobile phone / digital 3C industry, understanding of FD systems and retail store operating mechanisms;
Candidates with experience working with TCL, Magalu, CasasBahia, Fastshop, Lojas Cem, etc., NKA smartphones, LKA channel will be given priority.
