The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our maintenance activities. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.Ensure that maintenance activities align with production schedules and operational goals.Provide technical support and expertise for complex maintenance tasks and equipment upgrades.Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance activities.Assist with staffing, training, and development of the maintenance team.QualificationsWhat you'll need to be successful and safeEngineering degree or technical school training preferred3+ years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and team management skills.Technical expertise in maintenance operations.Strong knowledge in predictive maintenance.SAP experience preferredTPM knowledge preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.Ability to manage inventory and resources effectively.Compensation DataThe typical hiring range for this role is $75,602.00 to $123,432.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
