About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Sales Supervisor to lead and expand our indirect sales operations, working closely with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate has strong experience in offline sales, preferably in sectors such as electronics, telecom, or consumer technology, with solid skills in channel development, partner activation, and commercial performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the channel ecosystem (distributors, resellers, and regional partners).
Plan and execute offline sales strategies to increase market share.
Monitor partner performance and implement actions to boost results.
Conduct commercial visits, trainings, and point-of-sale activations.
Track key indicators (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, coverage, product mix).
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
Ensure alignment with internal teams (marketing, trade marketing, logistics, product).
Prepare sales reports and present results to leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience in indirect channel or offline sales.
Background in electronics, technology, telecom, or durable consumer goods (preferred).
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and partner-development skills.
Analytical mindset and strong results orientation.
English proficiency (able to communicate with international stakeholders).
Availability for business travel.
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a supervisor, coordinator, or team leader in sales.
Knowledge of trade marketing and in-store activation strategies.
Contract Type: CLT – R$ 7,500/month
