Executivo de Vendas - PAS-X MES

Your role in our team
We are looking for a Sales Executive with a result-oriented mindset to join our local Sales operations within our Latin America Hub. You will be presenting and offering our global market leader WERUM PAS-X MES/EBR solution suite. You will work close to global and local Life Sciences Industries, acting as an Account Manager for customers and as a main commercial contact for new leads and prospects. Among others, your main responsibilities include:
Meet with Clients to present the entire product portfolio of Körber Pharma Software and to communicate our solution value clearly and effectively to business and technical audiences.
Possess the business ability to influence and gain customer alignment at all levels within customer organizations.
Create and quantify value for our customers by mapping their requirements against the capability of our products.
Assume responsibility for dedicated accounts to retain and grow Körber Pharma Software's market share with existing customers.
Develop and implement account strategies for your accounts, growing revenue across multiple business types.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, industry trends, and market forces affecting their business and product needs.
Demonstrate technical products where required to win customer confidence.
Maintain customer information, account mapping, key contacts, and opportunity information in our Salesforce CRM system.
Travel within Brazil and Latin America with occasional travel to other Körber Pharma and Customer locations as required (approx. 50% of time).

Your profile
Experience with regulated environments (drug production & validation) and understanding of pharmaceutical processes and expectations of regulated companies.
Experience and knowledge of MES systems in Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and similar) - Knowledge/Background of WERUM PAS-X is a plus.
Brazilian Portuguese native language fluency.
Proficiency in English and Spanish languages – professional conversational, reading and writing.
More than two (2) years' experience in complex IT solutions sales. Thorough understanding of software project life cycles. Knowledge of key IT systems used in manufacturing.
Customer focus with superior listening skills and excellent written and verbal communication capability.
Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
Comfortable working at all levels of customer organization.
Action orientated and results driven.
Business acumen and empathy with customer needs and goals.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
A Bachelor of Science Degree in a Science or Business Administration Degree is required. Other Engineering qualifications will be considered.
