Regional Operations Supervisor
A successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in a local setting.
This role involves overseeing the work of local service providers, coordinating with clients to resolve incidents and improve processes, as well as contributing to financial planning and monitoring.
* Supervise and manage daily tasks of local teams.
* Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is collected to enhance product quality.
* Support project management and leadership efforts within the regional team.
Requirements:
* Brazilian passport or valid residence permit.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian (mandatory).
* Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management.
