Responsibilities
Assist the superior in coordinating the team's work, prioritizing and distributing tasks, and resolving operational problems.
Monitor hotel occupancy with the Reception Coordinator, guide the Reservations Supervisor, and make necessary corrections.
Help the superior manage corporate projects under reception’s responsibility.
Ensure execution of area procedures and 'Auto Controle' processes with the immediate supervisor.
Receive guests/clients at the front desk, identify them, and provide information and clarifications (reservations, flight confirmations, local contacts, complaints, etc.).
Perform guest check‑in, complete registration forms, hand over keys, and escort clients to their rooms.
Conduct guest check‑out, close invoices, collect payments, and organize related processes.
Maintain contact with other departments to resolve various issues related to the area.
Mediated conflicts and intervened in critical/atypical situations with guests.
Develop work and vacation schedules, assist the immediate superior with staffing requirements, and report on service quality standards.
Act as a substitute for the immediate superior in their absence.
Support the Reception Coordinator with personnel behavior aspects and mediate team conflicts.
Offer, score, and operate the loyalty program according to established standards.
Maintain the hotel’s backup and pricing systems in flawless operation.
Perform other related duties as required by the area.
