Consumer Engagement Supervisor Role
We are seeking a Consumer Engagement Supervisor based across Indonesia, covering areas such as North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with media partners, advertising agencies, branding teams, or creative agencies. Field sales distribution and supervisory roles are also preferred.
* Responsibilities:
o Plan, execute, monitor, and report on consumer engagement activities across various channels in assigned regions, including Media, LAMP/HOP, Events, and Community initiatives.
o Analyze marketing issues and opportunities in assigned areas, including segmentation and consumer profiling.
o Manage and implement strategies tailored to outlet potency and consumer preferences.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and a valid driving license (SIM) type A.
