Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial departments, oversee teams, ensure operational procedures are followed, and achieve results.
* Ensure fast and efficient customer service and manage cash registers with minimal queues.
* Handle schedules (leave and vacation), training, and development.
* Support sales of all products.
* Monitor and optimize customer service flows across all contact points.
* Maximize credit card sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Completed or ongoing higher education.
* Availability for store closing, weekends, and holidays.
* Experience in customer service excellence.
