Responsibilities and Assignments
* Auxiliary in unloading and loading materials from units;
* Auxiliary in promoting courses and filling out registration forms and preparing dishes;
* Collaborate in stock verification and cleaning of material warehouses;
* Perform proper storage and storage of food;
* Perform food pre-preparation, selecting, washing, cutting, and sanitizing;
* Prepare food for consumption, if requested;
* Offer recipe tastings to the public present at courses, lectures, and events;
* Organize and control materials and products available at the workplace;
* Clean the physical spaces used;
* Clarify doubts about recipes to participating students;
* Verify the conditions and operation of equipment and utensils, reporting failures and operational problems to the immediate superior, taking care of their cleaning and hygiene;
* Perform other activities related to the unit;
* Support in inventory, receipt, storage, and stock control of merchandise;
* Attend to customers in a cordial and efficient manner at the counter and cashier, ensuring a good relationship and satisfaction with the service;
* Control the validity, conservation, and quality of food and beverages, according to hygiene and food safety standards;
* Restock products in display cases, shelves, refrigerators, and freezers, organizing them in an adequate and attractive way;
* Collaborate with the team in fulfilling daily routines and goals established by management, such as filling out control spreadsheets, checking gas capacity;
* Additional services at internal and external events of the Unit;
* Operate the cashier, performing opening, closing, value verification, and daily accountability;
Requirements and Qualifications
Academic Background
* Complete Elementary Education;
Experience
* Desirable experience in attending canteens;
Specific Knowledge:
* Proper writing and verbal fluency;
* Basic notions of Portuguese and mathematics;
* Notions of legislation and technical standards in the area of activity;
* Knowledge of operational routines in the area of activity;
Other Requirements:
* Driver's License B: Desirable;
* Availability to work on weekends: Essential;
* Availability to travel: Essential;
