Role and Responsibilities
Areas of Responsibilities in this role include:
* Developing actions, strategies, and improvements to meet commercial KPIs. Proposing ad-hoc improvements or business solutions based on company and partner needs. Analyzing variables affecting client performance for informed decision-making.
* Managing inventory levels as per company standards. Developing and implementing sell-out and sell-through strategies to maximize market share and accelerate key models' distribution. Creating incentive plans.
* Managing bank accounts for assigned accounts, ensuring correct application of costs and conditions in purchase orders, and reconciling sales reports.
* Coordinating trade marketing activities as the link between internal teams and external field force teams. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of deployed actions.
Requirements
* Graduates in industrial engineering, business administration, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies.
* Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
