Overview
A successful candidate will be a person who enjoys diving into data, doing critical analysis, discovering root causes, and designing long-term solutions. It will be a person who likes to learn, wants to innovate and can take ownership of processes and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Using your technical abilities to assist in the maintenance and transformation of the e-commerce operation through data analysis
Having a contributor role in raising the level of competencies of the web operations team
Handling operational activities related to the online mobile business, such as fraud prevention, chargeback and customer payment reversals
Exploring and leveraging on other divisions expertise (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics) to support providing comprehensive services to your web‑customers
Independently securing your routine activities and projects deliverables
Working closely with your manager to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and best understand customer needs
Analyzing large datasets and developing clear and well‑structured analytical reports
Identifying and engaging on resolving gaps that impact the fulfillment of the business’s functional requirements
Manipulating different data sources in support of business requirements
Proactively plays an analytical role in measuring business KPIs with purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the performance of the business’s initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; not necessarily an IT person, you are familiar with digital, love data and think decisions should be taken based on facts.
Must have good with numbers, excel and technology skills, you get things done and inspire your colleagues to do the same.
3+ years of experience developing and applying data‑driven solutions, preferably in a consumer marketing context (experience in e‑comm is a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset, constantly looking for problems to solve and willing to be accountable for the business’s performance.
Good written and verbal communication skills, your colleagues naturally seek for your support
Advanced in English – you might have contact with regional and global teams
