 * Supervise administrative teams to ensure smooth support processes align with organizational policies and procedures.
 * Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for procurement and services, coordinating with suppliers for payment documentation.
 * Develop team members through training and career development programs, promoting engagement and a positive work environment.
 * Handle personnel administration tasks such as hiring, termination, vacations, medical exams, timekeeping, and PPE requisitions in accordance with HR guidelines.
 * Provide assistance during inspections and support related demands.
 * Manage legal compliance related to client exemptions and permits.
 * Monitor and verify fiscal documents, including invoices and tax compliance with SEFAZ.
 * Ensure proper documentation of expenses via corporate cards.
 * Oversee accounts receivable, deposits, and payment indications for grain contracts and other financial obligations.
 * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the unit.
 * Support audit processes, both internal and external.
 * Manage operational team processes, including performance monitoring, time tracking, and temporary staffing during peak seasons.
 * Assist in inventory management, including counting and verification, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
 * Handle client reconciliations for grain transactions, resolving discrepancies and documenting adjustments.
 * Coordinate credit release requests based on commercial input.
 * Draft and process grain purchase contracts, collecting signatures and necessary documentation.
