Sales Team Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Supervisor to support the Store Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing sales strategy. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that team objectives are met, promote and sell products through understanding customer needs, provide expert advice on our collection, maintain store standards, and effectively communicate company projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide supervisory and operational support to the General Manager, including organizing, planning, and implementing sales strategy
* Evaluate and adjust schedules to meet store objectives
* Promote and sell products by identifying customer needs
* Advise customers on our entire collection
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
* Maintain store standards according to guidelines
* Ensure proper Customer Relationship Management
* Communicate company projects and values to the team
Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
* 1-2 years of relevant store management experience
* Leadership and excellent communication skills
* Pro-active problem solver with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
* Strong customer focus with presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Team player with flexibility to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
