About the Role
Position: Sorting Center Management
Support the daily and efficient operation of the Allocating Center\ Sorting Center, be responsible for planning coordination, resource scheduling, exception handling and cross-departmental coordination, ensure the normal operation of facilities and equipment in the warehouse, reserve resources as planned and monitor reasonable costs, is an important role in operational security.
Responsibilities
- Operation plan and shift management, real-time monitoring of manpower gap according to the employment plan, and assistance in production scheduling of long-term and temporary employment arrangements; Update employee attendance, vacation and overtime data ledgers
- Resource coordination and guarantee, management of forklift, PDA, conveyor belt and other equipment use plan and repair follow-up; Coordinate the application, replenishment and inventory warning of consumables (adhesive tape, Waybill, Returnable Container, etc.); Ensure the normal operation of infrastructure such as water and electricity, network and fire fighting.
- Abnormal response and problem closed loop, rapid response to on-site sudden problems (such as equipment failure, personnel shortage); Record and promote the rapid solution of problems, review and output daily/weekly reports, and put forward suggestions for improvement
- Cultural construction, collect feedback from employees, put forward reasonable suggestions such as process simplification, and enhance the enthusiasm of employees and the cohesion of management.
- Compliance and safety management, supervise the implementation of on-site 6s management and safety operation specifications; Cooperate with EHS to complete hidden danger investigation and rectification tracking.
Qualifications
- Education: college degree or above, major in logistics management, supply chain or related is preferred;
- Experience: At least 1 year of logistics or operation support experience, e-commerce logistics practitioners or familiar with local labor regulations are preferred;
Required Skills
- Familiar with Excel, PPT, Word;
- Basic data analysis and problem disassembly ability;
- Strong execution and anti-pressure ability;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Meticulous and rigorous, attention to detail and process compliance;
Preferred Skills
- Language requirements: Chinese and Portuguese bilingual
