Job Overview
Align the company’s vision with Human Resources strategy, serve as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, and provide data‑driven insights for executive decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
* Consult senior management on HR strategy and operational alignment.
* Compile and monitor monthly HR metrics and present actionable reports to directors.
* Apply advanced recruitment, selection, training, development, and performance evaluation techniques.
* Design development plans that integrate HR with other business functions to maximize productivity.
* Provide employee counseling on professional and personal issues (e.g., separations, health, legal matters).
* Develop individual development plans and coordinate with managers to assess training needs.
* Plan and negotiate with external vendors, courses, and seminars to support training initiatives.
* Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive organizational climate.
* Participate in strategic discussions on compensation, benefits, and talent retention.
* Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and cost controls.
* Develop HR policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate safety and health programs, including medical and occupational safety.
* Support emergency response and incident prevention activities.
Required Qualifications
* Experience in executive HR consulting or a similar senior HR role.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in HR metrics, reporting, and data analysis.
