Responsibilities: Develop mentors and Social Educators comprehensively; Manage student check-in and check-out; Adhere to rules and deadlines; Strategically plan actions for the cycle; Conduct processes using planning and indicators; Provide and receive constructive and motivating feedback; Organize events to foster interaction between families and schools; Observe classes systematically to give feedback and develop the team; Monitor and guide teaching planning; Participate in coordination teams of other programs; Hold regular meetings with the cycle team; Actively participate in organizing events with families and students; Analyze results and evaluation indicators, connecting social factors for strategic planning; Engage with families; Collaborate with leadership and other sectors to uphold the institution's mission; Conduct ongoing team training; Link theory and practice, supporting the team in didactic transposition; Resolve conflicts through mediation and restorative justice; Coordinate calendar and lesson matrices. Technical Skills: Degree in Pedagogy or Education; Knowledge or training in Educational Guidance, Post-graduation in Education, Conflict Mediation, Socio-emotional Education, Design Thinking, Mathematical Mindsets, BNCC, SDGs, transversal themes (anti-racism, sustainability, gender equality, indigenous culture, etc.), Leadership, Educational Management, Strategic Planning; Experience with ABP Methodology (Project-Based Learning); Educational Technology; Basic knowledge of Statistics, indicators, and data.
