We are seeking an experienced Gerente Comercial (Commercial Manager) to lead sales stands and partner teams in the real estate market.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Manage sales stands and monitor local managers' performance.
Drive results for internal teams and real estate partners.
Conduct periodic alignment, goal, and performance meetings.
Monitor promotional actions, sales events, and engagement strategies.
Hold teams accountable to indicators, goals, and results, ensuring high commercial performance.
Demonstrate solid leadership experience in commercial management.
Have experience in the real estate market, preferably in land developments and condominiums.
Be highly commercial, dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented.
Be willing to travel frequently within Mato Grosso.
