We seek individuals ready to work hard with us to achieve our goals.If our energy resonates with you, come talk to us!Responsibilities and DutiesLead and guide HR processes within the areas served, ensuring compliance with People policies;Conduct strategic People Management analyses using indicators and diagnostics, supporting the development of strategic People plans for client areas;Conduct career discussions and exit interviews;Manage promotions, dismissals, and internal movements;Support communication initiatives and event schedules;Monitor reports of misconduct;Participate in cross-functional People projects with other HR subsystems;Plan visits to stores to engage with the business and stay close to the customer.Requirements and QualificationsEducation and QualificationsComplete higher education or in progress in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources Management, or related fields;Desirable:Experience as an HR Business Partner, with topics on development, career, and learning;Generalist knowledge in HR and management tools;Intermediate proficiency in MS Office;Availability to travel.Additional Information
