Overview
Supervisor(a) Operacional role at Iguá Saneamento. Purpose: to become the best sanitation company in Brazil, with nationwide coverage and a commitment to universal water and sewer services. Location: ETE Barra – Avenida Ayrton Senna, 1791 – Jacarepaguá, RJ.
Responsibilities
Supervision of teams, personnel management, and material resource coordination to ensure proper execution of activities and compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental norms.
Implementation of operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of water distribution and sewer collection networks in field, following established procedures.
Inspection, oversight, and guidance of repair, installation, or relocation services for networks or branches, maintaining quality standards.
Evaluation, equalization, and negotiation of proposals for outsourced services.
Control of service orders, monitoring quality and quantity of ongoing or completed services, and ensuring correct fulfillment of requests.
Operation of company vehicles for external tasks, reporting incidents, maintaining safety, traffic norms, and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications
Higher education completed or in progress.
Desirable: Civil, Maintenance, Sanitary Engineering or related fields.
Proficiency with QGIS and ArcGIS.
Proficiency with Power BI.
Proficiency with Office package.
