**Purpose**:
You will influence outcomes and communicate closely with hiring managers by sharing best practices and using an employee and customer-focused approach to understand their needs and ensure the effective attraction, selection, and development of a high performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline to drive business results in alignment with organizational and functional HR strategies.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Keep track and engage with diverse talents to bring to bear J&J Employer Brand among this public
- Participate in the creation of recruitment plan for the EiC Programs
- Partner with Digital Recruitment Team to communicate J&J Program in all of our digital channels
- Lead external recruiting agency for Brazil’s programs
- Design attraction strategies for Schools and Universities in the region to identify a qualified & diverse pipeline of applicants.
- Communicate with Hiring Managers and HR Teams to engage and involve them in the process
- Build and follow-up schedule of selection process, according to internal and external deadlines
- Handle ATS to complete selection process
- Build and analyze critical metrics in order to always improve the projects
- Participate and support other projects in the area, such as University Relations, Internship Program and Professional Recruitment
**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must have the ability to provide clear direction quickly and on-demand to work effectively in an agile environment, utilize new technologies, prioritize multiple projects and daily ad-hoc operational activities.
- Have a digital attitude: relate to different medias and channels, looking for tendencies and what´s going on out there
- Strong project management skills with experience in supporting the execution of large-scale projects. You should have a sound sense of urgency, process-oriented skills, attention to detail, outstanding teaming and collaboration skills
- Experience with early in career recruiting programs is highly desirable.
- Fluent English
- Advanced Spanish is a plus
- Consulting and interviewing skills
- Demonstrated business acumen skills
- Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data to insights
