Job SummarySummary: Supervise food-service associates according to policies, procedures, and laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Train staff, assign work, evaluate performance, and handle disciplinary actions.Advise management on purchasing, focusing on minimizing waste and shortages.Ensure food quality using approved recipes and standards.Operate and clean equipment per procedures.Store and label food items properly to reduce spoilage.Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.Operate food-service equipment safely.Assist in serving and engage with customers during meal times.Perform additional duties as needed.Apply to Levy today Levy is part of Compass Group USA.
