Our dynamic team of 150 people is expanding quickly.About The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Operations Supervisor to support daily operations across multiple stores.
This is not a pure project management role — the focus is on daily identifying issues, ensuring accountability, driving the team to meet KPIs, meeting company expectations and ensuring the smooth operation of full-cycle stores and solving any issues that arise during the work daily operations.ResponsibilitiesDrive consistent achievement of key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, timely reporting, and service quality standardsOversee and support routine operational workflows, ensuring accuracy of daily reports and smooth execution of administrative tasks across storesAct as primary point of escalation for urgent operational issues (e.g., technical or facility disruptions), coordinating timely resolution to minimize downtimeManage office procurement processes with a strong focus on cost efficiency and vendor optimizationProvide structured support for reporting and analytics, including review and validation of daily reports in collaboration with the operations teamEnsure 100% accuracy and compliance in collections reportingMaintain ongoing communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and effectivelyIdentify errors in processes, correct them, and train staff to prevent recurrenceConduct detailed analysis of inventory results, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measuresMonitor workforce scheduling efficiency, eliminating idle time and ensuring optimal staff allocationMotivate, guide, and hold teams accountable for achieving operational goals while fostering a positive and performance-driven cultureRequirementsProven experience in an operations, service, or retail supervisory role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environmentProficiency with spreadsheets and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication skills; fluency in Russian and English requiredCharacter: persistent, detail-oriented, and numbers-drivenBenefitsCompetitive salaryRemote work flexibilityCollaborative and innovative work environmentPotential for career growth and advancement within the company
