Job Description
✓Supervise, train, and develop the accounting, finance, and cost team.✓Lead the accounting and tax closing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports✓Ensure that company complies with tax laws, accounting standards (BRGAAP and IFRS), and act as a point of contact with internal and external auditors.✓Analyze financial data, reconcile records, and prepare reports✓Identify opportunities for improvement and automate processes in the controllership area to increase efficiency.✓General ledger account analysis to identify discrepancies and support financial decision-making.✓Ensure Payables and Receivables on time
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Prior experience in supervisory or leadership roles within finance or accounting teamsFamiliarity with financeial reporting, budgeting and complianceIFRS knowledge is a plus
