Responsibilities and duties
* Recommend process changes to minimize risks;
* Monitor and track the implementation deadlines of action plans;
* Manage service quality and the customer service process;
* Monitor service quality and introduce improvements based on SLA requirements;
* Supervise teams technically and administratively, resolve issues, and provide guidance;
* Track user satisfaction and ensure deadlines are met;
* Plan and execute ongoing training and continuous improvement processes for IT procedures.
Requirements and qualifications
* Previous experience in monitoring and/or supervising procedures and standards is desirable;
* Leadership and team organization skills;
* Ability to work with metrics and performance indicators;
* Ongoing graduation in IT fields and leadership courses are desirable.
Additional information
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 13:00 to 15:00/16:00 and 22:00, and alternating Saturdays (one week yes, one week no) from 08:00 to 12:00/13:00 to 17:00.
