Responsibilities
* Assist with reception duties and customer service when needed;
* Collaborate with technicians on device repairs, including opening devices and removing stickers;
* Sort, check, and organize received parts, distinguishing new from used, and allocate correctly for stock, recycling, or disposal;
* Fill out forms and issue warranty exclusion reports for cases of misuse, natural wear, or damages like falls;
* Perform quality tests on equipment and record results in the system;
* Update laboratory data and material control in the system;
* Organize packaging and assist in proper disposal;
* Create forms and open service orders in the system;
* Support technical analysis and reporting for warranty exclusions;
* Input data and reports related to workflow into the system;
* Assist in laboratory organization.
Work Schedule
* Monday to Saturday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
* Location: Itajaí, SC
* Type of contract: Permanent – CLT

Minimum Education
High School diploma (2nd Degree)
Skills
* Basic knowledge in equipment repairs;
* Understanding of technology and systems maintenance;
* Organizational and material verification skills;
* Good communication and teamwork capabilities;
* Willingness to perform various administrative and technical tasks.
Benefits
* Commission: R$ 400.00 to R$ 1,200.00
