Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure humanized attention through personal, phone, and digital channels.
* Track and control schedules.
* Issue and manage documents, contracts, and invoices.
* Prepare estimates and collect service fees.
* Manage physical and digital patient records.
* Update employee records in the system.
* Cash handling and daily finance management.
* Patient entry, exit, and routing.
* Perform other sector tasks.
Requirements:
* High school diploma completed.
* Availability to work on site from Monday to Saturday.
* Previous experience in customer service.
