* Strong background in building relationships with representatives and distributors, active participation in industry fairs, congresses, and events to consolidate brands and expand market reach.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales team (7 members), ensuring high performance and alignment with strategic goals.
* Develop and consolidate the brand's presence and product representations nationwide.
* Plan and execute B2B commercial strategies, analyzing sales reports, regional trends, and market research.
* Prospect new business opportunities and identify potential markets for sustainable growth.
