We are seeking a candidate to lead our commercial development, with solid experience in B2B sales, strategic involvement in training, development, and strengthening of the brand's distributor network across Brazil.
Valued Differentials
* Previous experience in the maritime/nautical sector or related segments such as high-performance automotive tools, maritime equipment, or similar.
* Strong background in building relationships with representatives and distributors, active participation in industry fairs, congresses, and events to consolidate brands and expand market presence.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the sales team (7 members), ensuring high performance and alignment with strategic goals.
* Develop and solidify the brand's and products' presence nationwide.
* Plan and execute B2B commercial strategies, analyzing sales reports, regional trends, and market research.
* Prospect new business opportunities and identify potential markets for sustainable growth.
