Work with Sales and Product team to develop new tools and format at channel to increase sell out of strategic products. This role will also have strong management interaction with the online media and trade marketing team, needing to ensure the good execution of our products across all channels.Areas of Responsibilities:Leadership, development and execution of sales and marketing strategy, Including internal processes with top management and sales/Product team. Establish and manage multi-dimensional execution (360 campaign) to ensure business consistency in retailers’ campaigns and sell out of strategic categories. Manage assets following brand strategy and guidelines in retailer’s collaboration plans, considering offline and online channels. Complete view of resources by product category: promotional calendar/Events / Online/ Salespeople incentive/ POS activations and product placement.
