Activities:
* Prospect leads;
* Follow-up after sales;
* Support customer demands by gathering data and verifying information;
* Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients;
* Update CRM data;
* Issue invoices and schedule freight;
* Maintain synergy with the sales team and stay updated;
* Close sales and communicate information to the production sector;
* Support ongoing customer needs;
* Visit clients whenever possible;
* Innovate and seek solutions for continuous results.
Requirements:
* High school diploma;
* Proficiency in MS Office;
* Knowledge of Excel is desirable;
* Experience in both face-to-face and remote sales;
* Commitment, proactivity, self-learning, communication skills, common sense, and attention to detail.
