Join to apply for the Team Leader (Coordenador de Equipe Logística) role at Mercado Livre Brasil.Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects with responsibilities including:Leading operational team, assigning tasks, allocating resources for quality audits to ensure KPI and policy compliance.Proposing, generating, and automating reports for result analysis, building and analyzing data in spreadsheets (Sheets).Participating in result meetings and forums, applying methodologies like PDCA to correct process deviations, and executing action plans based on data stratification.Monitoring performance indicators via KPIs, proposing continuous improvements.Updating management indicators, preparing presentations for decision-making meetings, and identifying improvement opportunities.Tracking team delivery and development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and arranging training.Ensuring process execution within quality and safety standards, building strong relationships with partner areas and transporters, providing feedback, and supporting new procedure implementation.Leading daily meetings with transport leadership, analyzing previous results, and strategizing to ensure quality standards are met.Participating actively in planning and executing company projects.Promoting a safety culture through knowledge sharing, conducting Gemba walks and weekly meetings with transporters and staff, managing KPIs, and investigating root causes of issues.Requirements include:Complete higher education in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.Experience in logistics/transport operations.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Experience in planning and project coordination.Excellent interpersonal skills.Analytical profile focused on results and problem-solving.Knowledge of management tools and performance indicators such as PDCA, Scrum, Smart, and Kanban.Experience in data construction and analysis, with analytical and data interpretation skills.Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of data manipulation technologies like SQL, TMS, Tableau, and Looker Studio is a plus.Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Office package.Availability to work onsite in Morro da Fumaça, Santa Catarina, on a 6x1 schedule from 14:00 to 22:18 (Monday to Saturday), Night shift (IN229 - BR).This job is active and accepting applications.
