This senior technical leadership role establishes engineering governance, ensures product standards, supports aftermarket solutions, and drives continuous improvement across new projects, upgrades, refurbishments, and legacy systems.As the regional technical authority for BMH mechanical systems, you will define engineering strategy, promote global alignment, uphold technical consistency, and mentor engineers and designers across the organization. This role plays a pivotal part in elevating engineering excellence across SAM while collaborating closely with global Product Engineering teams.This position is based on-site in Sorocaba/SP / Nova Lima/MG (100% on-site role).
