SummaryAs the Site Supervisor, you will work with limited supervision to monitor and manage the assigned facility's security operations, providing professional-class security services to Missile Defense Agency operations and personnel.This position is contingent upon contract awardResponsibilitiesEffectively manage and provide overall supervision of all assigned personnel.Oversee daily operations of the facility and ensure personnel are providing professional and courteous service to the Missile Defense Agency workforce and visitors.Provide appropriate guidance, direction, and corrective actions to Supervisors and their personnel to promote a cohesive team, ensuring all policies, SSI, and procedures are followed.Serve as the scheduler for all shifts and facilities, determining staffing requirements for all assigned facilities.Conduct supervisory training on incident report writing, Enterprise Access Control Support (EACS) Operations Center policies/procedures, Emergency Response Checklists, Standard Operating Procedures, E-Alert training, and operations; operate and train on the Electronic Integrated Facility Security System (EIFSS) On-Guard, CCTV software, and capabilities.Work closely with Supervisors to ensure personnel receive necessary training to meet contractual requirements, including Job Qualification Standard (JQS) training and certification, Chenega Corporate training, First Aid/CPR/AED, policies/procedures, and MDA E-LMS training.As the training coordinator, set employee goals and objectives; review performance data to monitor productivity, including JQS certifications, goal progression, and activity levels.Review Daily Log and prepare reports for management regarding site activities, irregularities, and required actions.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsFive years of generalized security experience, including access control operations, shift supervision, and operations management.Active Secret clearance.Fluent in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.Knowledge of or ability to learn security-related policies and procedures specific to the U.S. Government customer.Demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing projects of similar size and scope as this contract.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of directives regarding security operations.Knowledge of or ability to learn operational procedures related to Access Control Center areas, safety practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and Special Security Instructions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
