The primary focus is to ensure the rigorous execution of the maintenance plan to guarantee maximum asset availability and reliability, while effectively managing the maintenance team to achieve key KPIs, including Maintenance Effectiveness, Maintenance Plan Adherence, Notification converted to work orders, and Maintenance Costs. This role acts as the decisive bridge between Maintenance and Production, ensuring technical activities are perfectly aligned with the manufacturing schedule to prevent production downtime and maintain full compliance with Safety, Quality, and FP&R standards.What you will doLead the Maintenance Team to achieve the Goals. Manage Resources to achieve the Maintenance KPI's (Maintenance Effectiveness, Maintenance Plan Adherence, Notification converted to work orders, and Maintenance Costs). Support and empower the Maintenance Team to identify opportunities to use AI insights. Support IIoT solutions on Maintenance process. Lead and empower the team to identify maintenance improvements. Assure that all Maintenance types (Preventive, Corrective and Predictive) are being performed correctly and following FP&R Standards. Empower the team to perform RCA's for critical issues to define an effective action plan. Ensure effective communication within the teams. Manage the team development based not only by training but also by sharing knowledge and experiences. Understand and comply with Colgate's policies, safety standards, quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FP&R standards. Support and empower the team to develop or identify new technologies for Maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Define the Maintenance strategy to guarantee availability and reliability of Making Equipment. Support Engineering team during implementation of new projects. Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or similarSolid experience in the manufacturing environment. Experience leading people and projects. Financial knowledge. Advanced Written and spoken English will be a plus. Analytical skills. Communication skills. Presentation skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) or Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets). SAP systemKnowledge on Making Process (Mixers, pumps, Silos and Post Addition Skids) Previous Maintenance experience will be a plus.
