Responsibilities
* Administrative tasks:
client communication via WhatsApp and phone, scheduling, document organization
* Research on legal processes, procurement, invoicing, bank reconciliation
* HR support:
onboarding, offboarding, scheduling exams, document organization
* Logistics:
transportation and meal vouchers, postal procedures, document digitization
* Office organization, meeting room management, support to partners and lawyers
