3. Performance Monitoring:
o Visit franchise units periodically for assessment.
o Analyze performance indicators and suggest improvements.
o Implement action plans to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
4. Standardization Assurance:
o Ensure units follow the franchise manual.
o Guarantee the quality of products and services.
o Monitor the application of visual identity and brand standards.
5. Management and Expansion Support:
o Assist franchisees in financial and administrative management.
o Support marketing and sales campaign implementation.
o Contribute to network expansion by evaluating new opportunities and assisting in opening new units.
