LI-DNI Atividades: Realizar processos financeiro e cálculos de impostos; Realizar tomadas de preços de materiais operacionais e cadastro de notas fiscais; Processo de compras; Realizar rateio e emissão de aporte condominial, inserir rateio de utilidades em sistema; Cobrança de inadimplentes, controle e entrega de correspondências; Cadastro e atendimento de novos usuários (cartão de acesso), prestar atendimento aos proprietários / sindicância; Elaborar books financeiros, relatório operacional mensal; Realizar digitalização e arquivamento de documentações; Realizar aquisição de produtos descartáveis; Atuar como interlocutor junto a área financeira da JLL e prestar suporte administrativo aos Coordenadores Operacional e Técnico.
